My version of Pyramid Snowcap

Ingredients

  • 17 lb. 2 row pale malt
  • 1.25 lb. Munich 10L
  • 1.5 lb. crystal 60L
  • .75 lb. chocolate malt
  • .75 lb. roasted barley
  • 1.5 oz. Magnum whole hops - 14.6% - 60 min.
  • 1.5 oz. East Kent Goldings pellets-5.3%-15 min.
  • 1.5 oz. EKG pellets-5.3%-2 min.
  • 1 tsp. Irish moss
  • Wyeast 1338

Preparation
mash at 153 for 60 min.boil 10 min., then start hop schedule
